RETURN/REFUND:

No Returns or Refunds will be accepted on custom items once an order has been placed.

EXCHANGE:

A product may ONLY be exchanged in the event that a product was incorrectly delivered to you. Before an exchange can be started you must meet the requirements: 

1.Proof Of Purchase (physical copy or email) 

2.Verify with Customer Service that the order was incorrectly completed. 

3.Return the product via USPS where a refund of your postage will be refunded to you. 
 

Shipping is charged by your address. We use USPS to ship our products.
